We're partnering with a fast-growing boutique commercial law firm on two senior property appointments.

You'll act for developers, investors and major landlords, advising on acquisitions, disposals, leasing, finance and ongoing asset management. The work spans office and industrial assets through to retail and shopping centres, covering the full transaction with close attention to title, leases and due diligence.

The firm has built a modern, progressive and highly automated practice with an exceptional tech stack and a strong support team, so your time goes into lawyering and client relationships, not the administrative grind.

About the Role

- Lead complex commercial, industrial and retail transactions end to end
- Advise on major commercial and residential developments, including development structuring
- Run planning and development matters from instruction through to completion




- Manage leasing matters across a varied client portfolio
- Own and grow senior client relationships
- Collaborate with interstate teams on national matters
- Mentor and develop junior lawyers as the practice scales

About You

- Significant PQE in property law, at Special Counsel level
- A genuinely portable client base
- Strong background in property development, leasing and complex transaction sourcing
- Demonstrated ability to run high-value matters independently
- Strong drafting ability and sound commercial judgement
- Comfortable using legal technology and AI in practice
- A leadership mindset and genuine interest in mentoring
