The Salvation Army Employment Plus is seeking an experienced Quality Specialist to elevate service delivery across Australia. Based at Territory Headquarters in Blackburn (2 days in the office per week), you will work with leaders and frontline teams to support audits and drive continuous improvement.

You will coach staff on compliance, monitor performance, and help develop policies and resources to strengthen quality standards across the national network.
