About the Role As a Disability Support Worker, you will:

• Deliver high-quality, person-centred support in SIL and community settings
• Assist participants with personal care, daily living and community access activities
• Support individuals with complex care needs and challenging behaviours
• Promote independence, choice, dignity and social inclusion
• Provide emotional and behavioural support to participants
• Maintain accurate documentation and incident reporting requirements
• Work collaboratively with participants, families and support teams

About You

• Experience working as a Disability Support Worker in SIL and/or community settings




• Confident supporting participants with complex needs and behaviours of concern
• Reliable, adaptable and able to work across a variety of shifts
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Passionate about delivering person-centred support

Essential Requirements

• Certificate III in Individual Support, Disability or equivalent qualification
• Minimum 6 months recent disability support experience
• Experience with: • Challenging behaviours
• Manual handling
• High personal care support
• Epilepsy management
• Current NDIS Worker Screening Check
• Current National Police Check
• Current First Aid & CPR Certificate
• Current Australian Driver's Licence
• Willingness to transport participants
• Full Australian working rights
