We are partnering with a well-established Australian organisation seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Partner to join their collaborative recruitment team on an initial 6-month contract.

This is a genuine partnering role where you'll manage end-to-end recruitment, work closely with business leaders, and contribute to strategic hiring initiatives across a diverse corporate portfolio.
The Role

- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process across a range of professional and corporate functions
- Partner with stakeholders to understand hiring requirements and provide recruitment advice
- Develop sourcing strategies and talent pipelines to attract high-calibre candidates
- Utilise recruitment technology and market insights to drive hiring outcomes
- Deliver a positive candidate and stakeholder experience




- Support continuous improvement initiatives within the talent acquisition function

About You

- Proven experience in Talent Acquisition, either agency or internal
- Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills
- Ability to manage multiple vacancies and competing priorities
- Consultative and solutions-focused approach
- Experience working in rapid-paced, dynamic environments
