A position within their Commercial finance team has opened for a strong Finance Business Partner to join in a hands-on leadership position within the division.

With an enviable team culture, active push for AI training/adoption and Hybrid WFH available, this is a fantastic prospect for a strong commercial professional to step into a high-performance team.

The Role

Reporting into the Head of Commercial Finance, you will:

- Own Financial and Performance reporting for a dedicated portfolio of Assets, including analytical reviews of portfolio performance and statutory obligations.
- Partner closely with cross-functional stakeholders to drive improvements, make strategic recommendations and build relationships.




- Mentor 1 Direct Report and take an active responsibility for mentoring junior staff across the business.
- Review reports provided by Operational staff, providing executive insights to senior leadership and Board packs.
- Contribute to ongoing improvement initiatives, including the use of AI to automate and streamline manual processes.

The Ideal Candidate

To be successful in this role you should have:

- CA / CPA qualification or working towards.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to partner cross-functionally with diverse stakeholder groups (both internal and external).
- Experience within the Property industry is essential in this position, with good understanding of Development, Commercial Leasing, Asset Management or Project-based environments.
- Prior experience mentoring junior members of staff.
- Ability to contribute to internal improvement programs, making recommendations and taking active part in promoting efficiencies.
