An prospect is available for an experienced Procurement Specialist to join their established procurement team and deliver end to end sourcing projects across a diverse portfolio of indirect categories.
Key Responsibilities Include
- Lead end to end sourcing projects across a range of indirect categories
- Partner with stakeholders to define requirements and develop sourcing strategies
- Prepare procurement plans, tender documents and requests for proposal
- Manage tender processes, including market engagement, supplier evaluation and commercial analysis
- Lead supplier negotiations and prepare recommendations for contract award
- Manage multiple sourcing projects while maintaining quality, accuracy and deadlines
About You
- Minimum of 3 years of experience independently managing end to end strategic sourcing and formal tender processes
- Experience managing complex, end to end sourcing projects across indirect categories
- Experience developing tender documentation, evaluating supplier responses and preparing sourcing recommendations
- Excellent written communication skills and attention to detail
- Confident stakeholder engagement and commercial negotiation skills
- Highly organised and able to manage competing priorities independently
