Responsibilities: Overall duties as Japanese Chef

Detail

- Developing new menu including estimating various costs for food and labour and coordinating supply of food stuff for kitchen
- Performing overall food preparation and directing kitchen staff
- Checking and ensuring quality and tastes of all dishes being prepared and cooked properly
- Conferring with other chefs, waiting staff and management on various food preparation issues
- Developing more productive cooking procedures and applying cooking skills and techniques

Responsibilities: Overall duties as Japanese Chef

Qualifications

- At least diploma (including Certificate IV in Commercial Cookery)



in Hospitality Management or equivalent work experience as a Japanese chef
- At least 3 years’ work experience as a Japanese chef
- Excellent cooking expertise in Japanese cuisine

Annual Salary

$80000 plus super, annual leave, sick leave
