Lead clinical governance and guide non-clinical staff across Alice Springs and remote NT communities. You will direct four Service Managers, oversee complex client care plans, and integrate expert clinical strategy directly into executive decision-making.

Duties

- Lead planning, delivery, and evaluation of clinical and AOD programs
- Direct clinical governance, intake functions, and complex care plans
- Supervise four Service Managers and drive team performance
- Prepare budgets, grant proposals, and maintain stakeholder relations
- Monitor AOD research to address shifting regional drug trends

Is This You?

- Degree in Alcohol & Other Drugs, Health, or Social Care
- Current Driver’s Licence with ability to travel to remote communities
- Experience managing concurrent programs and staff supervision
- Knowledge of current AOD intervention models and reporting
- Commitment to respectful work with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities
