Signavio Project Manager

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Signavio Project Manager to support a major government program involving the implementation and adoption of SAP Signavio, LeanIX and WalkMe.

This is a varied role combining technical implementation, platform mobilisation, stakeholder coordination and user adoption.

Initial 6 month daily rate contract with flexible working options (3 days in the office weekly)

Key Responsibilities

- Lead the technical implementation of Signavio, LeanIX and WalkMe, including implementation planning, environment configuration, integrations, testing and production go-live.
- Develop and execute the mobilisation plan, covering platform setup, governance, security, access management and technical dependencies.
- Coordinate business, technology and vendor teams to manage implementation activities, resolve issues and deliver against agreed milestones and timelines.
- Develop and execute a user onboarding strategy, including stakeholder engagement, communications, training and readiness activities.
- Establish user roles, permissions, support processes and operational procedures to ensure a smooth onboarding experience.
- Design and deliver a pilot implementation with GRC Program users,



supporting capability development and effective adoption of the platforms.
- Identify implementation risks, dependencies and issues and work collaboratively with stakeholders to resolve them.
- Support the transition of the platforms into ongoing operational support and governance.

About You

- Experience leading the implementation of enterprise technology platforms.
- Strong experience across technical implementation, environment configuration, integrations and go-live activities.
- Experience with one or more of SAP Signavio, LeanIX or WalkMe.
- Robust stakeholder management skills, with the ability to coordinate technical, business and vendor teams.
- Experience developing mobilisation, onboarding, training or adoption strategies.
- An understanding of governance, security, access management and operational processes.
- The ability to work across both technical and business-focused requirements.
- Government or large enterprise experience will be highly regarded.
- Australian Citizenship required for this Federal client
