About the Role

As an Aged Care Registered Nurse, you will provide high-quality clinical care within Residential Aged Care Facilities (RACFs), supporting residents’ health, wellbeing and independence.

You will work as part of a multidisciplinary team, delivering safe, person-centred nursing care while maintaining best-practice clinical standards.

Essential Requirements

• Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse (Division 1)
• Minimum 6 months recent Aged Care Nursing experience
• Experience working within Residential Aged Care Facilities (RACF)
• Current National Police Check
• Current NDIS Worker Screening Check
• Up-to-date vaccination and serology requirements
• Full Australian working rights (no sponsorship available)
• Strong clinical assessment, communication and time management skills
• Ability to work effectively within multidisciplinary teams
