DUTY MANAGER NIGHTS

The Bay Hotel at Bonnells Bay is looking for a customer focused Night Duty Manager to join our team at our Hotel in Bonnells Bay (Lake Macquarie). The Bay Hotel is a family owned hotel for over 30 years and prides itself on its customer service.

We are looking for someone who has demonstrated previous experience in a fast paced environment (TAB, Gaming, Food & Beverage operations) as well as knowledge of the Liquor and Gaming laws, compliance and safe work practices. Current RSA, RCG and ARCG are compulsory.

You will be a true qualified and a service driven individual. You will be well versed in closing procedures, cash handling, customer interaction and current trends. Reading the crowd and knowing your locals is vital to your success.



Attention to detail and a real passion for customer service will be part of your daily activities as well as being Social Media Savvy. This is a hands on role with no job to small. We want a Manager who can lead whilst running a tight ship without losing the fun.

This role will include weekends, it can be either Casual Part Time(hours to be discussed) or Full Time Permanent. Salary is negotiable depending on the right applicant
