- Minimum 5 years' experience in a Senior Account Manager role
- Proven success managing and growing partnerships with major catering and foodservice customers from the supplier side
- Robust understanding of the catering and foodservice landscape, including key customer groups
- Superior verbal and written communication skills, paired with strong presentation skills and commercial acumen
- Exceptional stakeholder management and relationship-building skills
- Travel 30-40%
