Allura Partners are delighted to be partnering exclusively with a construction business on a search for a Group Finance Manager role. Reporting to the Group Financial Controller, you will help lead the Group Finance team and own key parts of quarterly and statutory reporting. You'll work closely with regional finance teams and senior management, and get involved in corporate projects outside the reporting cycle.

Construction and top 10 audit experience preferred.

The role:

- Lead quarterly group reporting to the parent entity and prepare statutory financial statements
- Manage group consolidations, including foreign currency translation across multiple jurisdictions
- Coordinate the external audit process and covenant reporting




- Own balance sheet governance and financial control across the group
- Support and develop members of the Group Finance team

What you'll bring:

- CA/CPA qualified with Big 4 training
- 5+ years in financial reporting or technical accounting
- Strong IFRS knowledge and experience preparing or reviewing consolidated financials
- Complex, multi-currency group consolidation experience
- A track record managing statutory reporting and audit processes
- Experience leading people and confidence building current processes and policies
