About the Role

Lead with purpose as an Associate Nurse Unit Manager, supporting your team to deliver safe, recovery focused care for people with complex mental health needs. Help shape practice, develop staff and drive positive consumer outcomes.

- Lead safe, high quality mental health care
- Support staff development and clinical practice
- Manage staffing, rosters, leave and resources
- Drive practice change and quality improvement
- Relieve the NUM and lead the team as needed

About You

To thrive in this role, you’ll bring mental health expertise, strong leadership and a commitment to recovery focused care.

- Registered Nurse with current NMBA practising certificate
- Graduate Diploma equivalent in Mental Health Nursing
- Experience caring for people with complex mental health needs
- Experience leading, coordinating and developing nursing teams
- Skilled in change, quality improvement and clinical systems
