About Us

Our client, a well-established Asian food wholesaler, is seeking an experienced and hands-on Sales Manager/Assistant Sales Manager to lead and support its sales team, drive business growth, and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.

This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated sales professional who enjoys working closely with customers, developing a team, and taking ownership of sales performance.

Responsibilities

- Set and monitor individual and team sales targets.
- Lead, support, and motivate the sales team to achieve sales targets.
- Conduct regular coaching, performance reviews, and sales training.
- Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to improve results.
- Manage negotiations with key customers and close sales contracts.
- Conduct market and competitor research.
- Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and reports for management. •




- Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and customer satisfaction.
- Develop relationships with existing customers and identify new business opportunities.
- Visit existing and prospective customers as required.
- Ensure accurate and timely use of sales systems and order processing.
- Proactively resolve operational issues and improve sales processes

Your Profile

• Previous experience in a similar role.

• Solid sales and communication skills.

• Fluency in English and proficiency in Mandarin, Cantonese, or Korean , both spoken and written.

• Current NSW Driver's Licence.

• Microsoft Office skills.

• Physically fit and comfortable working in a hands-on environment.

Working Hours & Benefits

- 7.6 hours per day / 38 hours per week
- Monday to Friday
- Company vehicle provided
