The Role
- Manage a portfolio of mixed strata schemes
- Build and maintain strong relationships with owners and committees
- Provide advice and guidance across strata matters
- Ensure schemes remain compliant with relevant legislation and by-laws
- Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders
- Deliver a high level of service to clients
- Location: Brisbane Inner West
About You
- Previous experience as a Strata Manager or similar
- Strong understanding of strata legislation and compliance
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Confident managing your own workload while working within a supportive team
- Comfortable using strata management software
- Experienced Strata Assistants ready to step up are also encouraged to apply
