The Prospect

We have several positions for Seasonal Retail Sales Assistants at our Lorna Jane stores throughout our busiest and most exciting time of the year. Stores Inc. Rundle Mall | Burnside |Tea Tree Plaza.

This is more than a just a sales role, you will connect with customers, share styling tips to your customer across their Activewear purchases.

Retail experience is a bonus, especially if you know what it takes to deliver great service while hitting budgets. What matters most is your energy, your attitude, and a real interest in helping people, we'll provide the training and support to help you succeed.

Peak season means shifts across seven days, including late-night trading, Boxing Day, and major sale events, so flexibility is key.





What You'll Do

- Deliver personalised styling and service that leaves every customer feeling confident
- Help customers find the right product and the perfect gift, using strong product knowledge to guide and upsell
- Keep the energy high and service sharp through our busiest trading periods
- Contribute to sales performance and help your store hit its KPIs and targets
- Support visual merchandising, stock replenishment, and store presentation standards

You're a people-person who thrives in a busy store. You bring energy and warmth, and you love helping others feel their best. You're available for the full 3Mth period including weekends, late nights, and peak sale days.
