A long established GP is moving back to the UK and has a full patient book (billing $650,000 a year across 4-days) for an incoming GP to pick up. The clinic are confident a GP coming in would bill $2,500 on day one and this would only grow over time. The surgery is located in the upper northern beaches and is 3.5 FTE for GP's, has two nurses and 1 practice manager.
