About the role:

As the face of the firm, the team is looking for someone professional, cheerful and friendly to join their collegiate, supportive team. A normal day would see you performing the following firm-critical duties:

- Providing exceptional client service, including welcoming clients and offering refreshments.
- Managing reception tasks such as answering calls, directing inquiries, and maintaining a professional front-of-house presence.
- Preparing meeting rooms for client appointments, ensuring a polished and welcoming atmosphere.
- Assisting the Accounts department with basic Trust and General receipting on a daily basis - something new for you to add to your existing skillset.
- Performing general administrative duties to support the smooth operation of the office.

About you:

- Experience in a law firm:



You know the ropes and can hit the ground running in a Legal Receptionist role.
