THE JOB Snowy Valleys Council is progressing the de-amalgamation of the current local government area, with two new councils to be established from 1 July 2028. This is a unique prospect to contribute to a once-in-a-generation transformation project, providing administrative and project support to the Chief Transition Officer throughout a complex and high-profile organisational transition. This fast-paced and varied role will support project delivery across governance, stakeholder engagement, communications, financial administration, Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) implementation, and operational planning, while helping to shape the future of local government in the region. - Temporary position to 30 June 2028 which can be on a part time or full-time basis working between 42 - 70 hours / fortnight.
- Salary of $1794.76 - $2991.26 per fortnight, plus super, based on qualifications skills and experience and number of hours worked.

1. Certificate III Business Administration or similar,
or equivalent knowledge and skills gained through experience
2. Experience in an executive support level role with a high level of capability in planning and organising priorities and monitoring workflow
3. Minimum 12 months experience in Local Government
4. Previous experience working with either Tech1 or Civica ERP platforms
5. Demonstrated ability to provide a high standard of customer service to internal and external customers.
6. Demonstrated ability to establish and maintain positive relationships across the organisation.
Desirable
1. Cert IV Business Administration or equivalent
2. Experience in supporting enterprise software implementation
