The Role:
Monday through Friday, they require the services of an exceptional Senior Strata Manager to join their team. Based in their Western Sydney branch, we are seeking someone with strong attention to detail and customer service who is looking for their next challenge.

- Manage approx. 1600 lots
- BMCs




- Liaising with Owners Corporation as required
- Arrange quotations and repairs and maintenance for works required
- Prepare agendas and minutes for meeting
- Prepare budgets for presentations to AGMs
- Convene and conduct meetings
- Periodic inspections
- No Accounts & lots of administration support will be provided

The Candidate:

- Previous Experience in Strata Management
- Strata Licence
- The ability to answer general technical/strata management questions
- Knowledge of BMCs
- Be willing to contribute to a progressive company
- Excellent Communication kills both written and verbal
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to multi task
- Have a high level of computer skills
- Maturity, strong communication skills and team player
