- 5–15 years of consulting experience in S2P/P2P solutions with IT organizations, consulting firms, or software providers.
- 5+ years of hands-on experience implementing and configuring Cloud Procurement Suites (Ariba, Coupa, Zycus, Ivalua, GEP SMART, Jaggaer, or similar).
- Proven expertise in solution configuration: workflows, approval hierarchies, master data, reporting dashboards, and ERP/financial system integrations.
- Experience in configuring and delivering product demonstrations and managing end-to-end software implementations.
- Strong knowledge of procurement processes (upstream & downstream) including sourcing, contracting, supplier management, requisitioning, invoicing, and payments.
- Domain expertise in CLM, Supplier Management, Category Management, Spend Analysis, and Procurement Digitalization.
- Proven ability to facilitate knowledge transfer and translate complex technical concepts into business benefits.
- Exceptional client engagement and communication skills with ability to influence and motivate cross-functional teams.
- Demonstrated experience in change management (MOC), business process re-engineering, and gap analysis.
- Track record of delivering successful, timely, and high-quality software implementations.
