Our client is a family-owned and operated Toyota dealership group with over 60 years of automotive experience across the Whitsundays. With locations in Proserpine and Bowen, the business provides vehicle sales, servicing and genuine customer care, supported by factory-trained technicians and modern diagnostic technology

About the role
Just Automotive Recruitment is seeking an experienced Multi Site Dealership Service Manager to oversee and lead service operations across two dealership locations in Proserpine and Bowen.

Duties

- Oversee the day-to-day operations of two service departments across Proserpine and Bowen
- Manage department processes, workflow and repair order (RO) performance
- Drive profitability, gross profit and key service department KPIs
- Lead, support and manage service advisors, technicians and workshop staff
- Provide staff training, guidance and performance management to maintain high standards

Skills and experience





- Previous experience in a dealership Service Manager or senior service leadership role
- Toyota dealership experience/background highly regarded but not essential
- Strong understanding of service department processes, profitability and KPIs
- Proven people management and leadership skills
- Excellent communication, organization and time management skills

Advantages

- Up to $100K base salary + Super + Commission structure
- Vehicle or car allowance provided as part of the package.
- Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm | Saturdays only when required
