About the role
Just Automotive Recruitment is seeking an experienced Sales Consultant for a dealership in Parramatta, NSW. This role is ideal for a motivated salesperson who enjoys building customer relationships, achieving sales targets, and delivering an exceptional vehicle purchasing experience.
Duties
- Sell primarily new light commercial vehicles - opportunity to sell prestige used vehicles also
- Follow established sales processes from initial enquiry through to vehicle delivery,
- Achieve and exceed monthly vehicle sales targets and KPIs.
- Develop strong product knowledge across multiple automotive brands and competitor models.
- Collaborate closely with finance, aftersales, and other dealership departments to maximize customer outcomes.
Skills and experience
- Minimum 1 year of automotive sales experience.
- Robust customer service and relationship-building skills.
- Highly organized with excellent time management abilities.
- Mechanical aptitude or an interest in automotive products and technology.
- Strong computer skills and the ability to manage sales systems effectively.
Benefits
- $65K + Super + Uncapped Comms (OTE $130K+)
- $150 per week for car allowance or company vehicle
