About The Role

We are seeking a dedicated DENTAL NURSE /clinical co ordinator with previous experience in the DENTAL FIELD of at least 1-2 YEARS to join our vibrant team at Family Dental Clinic West End in Brisbane.

As a Dental Nurse/Clinical co ordinator you will play a vital role in supporting our dentists and ensuring the smooth and efficient running of our clinic. This is a Flexible position and Can be Full Time/ PART -time

Or Casual position based in our clinic in Brisbane QLD 4000.

PREVIOUS DENTAL EXPERIANCE ESSENTIAL FOR THIS POSITION

What you'll be doing

- Knowledge of EXACT software is a great advantage

- Chairside assisting

- Clinical treatment preparation and coordination

- Arranging appointments for our patients

- Making Claims on Hicaps

- Ensuring the dental surgery is kept clean, tidy and well-stocked

- Providing excellent patient care and support throughout their visit

- Maintaining detailed patient records and documentation

- Performing administrative tasks as required

Our Practice is located in West End , inner city, in modern state of the art facilities providing exceptional care to our patients and their family for the last 36 years, providing a large range of high quality dental treatments.





We are seeking a person who has a passion in helping people achieve excellent dental health as well as their esthetic smile .Must have aspirations to develop and progress within our up-to-date family dental practice.

About You and Requirements

- Must be proactive and have a strong focus on patient care and take pride and ownership in your contribution to the team and the practice.

- Must have a collected and positive , calm approach and be a positive problem solver

- Must be reliable, enthusiastic and well presented with exceptional communication skills.

- Have proven skills and ability to be efficient in your daily duties and be looking for long term position

- Ability to learn and practice established practice procedures quickly and efficiently.

- Show great initiative and willing to take any task required.

- Multitasking through the day while keeping constantly active throughout the clinic and be part of the total team's dedication while taking ownership of your responsibilities.

-Through the course of the traineeship and skill development you will achieve

- Candidates with Pracical dental experience but without formal dental nursing qualifications are welcome to apply.

- Australian citizenship and permanent work rights are required for this position.

- Good clinical knowledge and understanding of infection control protocols

- Good knowledge of dental clinical treatments

- Teamwork skills with both clinicians as well as nursing staff

- Good knowledge of dental terminology and recording of dental treatments

- achieve independent ,autonomous skills
