About the role

Build your physiotherapy career at one of Queensland's leading tertiary hospitals while working across a diverse range of clinical specialties. Based at the Royal Brisbane and Women's Hospital, this role offers the opportunity to deliver evidence-based physiotherapy services within a supportive multidisciplinary environment, enhancing patient outcomes across acute and complex healthcare settings.

Working alongside experienced physiotherapists and healthcare professionals, you will provide contemporary physiotherapy assessment, treatment and rehabilitation services while developing your clinical expertise across rotational areas of practice. The role also offers opportunities to participate in quality improvement, clinical education and research activities that contribute to excellence in patient care and professional growth.

About you

Our ideal candidate will be someone who can carry out the following key accountabilities in accordance with Metro North Health's values:

- Deliver high-quality physiotherapy services across one or more clinical specialty areas, applying evidence-based practice and sound clinical judgement.
- Work collaboratively with patients, families and multidisciplinary healthcare teams to support safe, effective and patient-centred care.
- Contribute to quality improvement,



service development and clinical practice initiatives that enhance physiotherapy and healthcare outcomes.
- Support the development of less experienced staff, students and multidisciplinary colleagues through education, supervision and knowledge sharing activities.
- Actively participate in professional development, research and learning opportunities to build clinical expertise and support ongoing service excellence.
