What's involved – To lead the development, implementation, and evaluation of a new Child Development Service model across the Central West Hospital and Health Service (CWHHS), ensuring alignment with state-wide priorities, policy frameworks, and evidence-based practices. Provide expert leadership, clinical expertise, and education within CWHHS, including designing innovative clinical service models, delivering and supporting staff training and education, promoting evidence-based practice and research, and overseeing data collection and reporting processes.

You will operate within the Child, Youth and Family service while working collaboratively across multiple teams to enhance service integration, coordination,



and connectivity to better support children and families. Play a key role in advancing the Putting Queensland Kids First initiatives, driving improved health and wellbeing outcomes for children and families across the region. This position may evolve to include management responsibilities in the future, subject to the establishment of appropriate models of care.
