What your day could look like

As an Administration Officer – Emergency Department, you'll help keep patient journeys running smoothly by providing responsive support to patients, visitors and clinical teams. From coordinating essential information to ensuring records and processes are accurate, you'll contribute to quality care and a positive experience for everyone who enters the department.

Every day, you'll contribute by:

- Creating a welcoming and professional first point of contact for patients, families and visitors.
- Ensuring patient information, admissions and records are accurate, compliant and readily available to support care.
- Supporting nurses, doctors and multidisciplinary teams with efficient administrative coordination in a busy environment.
- Identifying opportunities to improve processes, share knowledge and strengthen service delivery across the hospital.
