In this role, you'll manage end-to-end procurement activities, provide advice to stakeholders, administer contract management systems, and support commercial projects and initiatives. You'll work closely with internal clients, suppliers and contract managers to achieve quality procurement outcomes and ensure compliance with relevant policies.

About the role

The Procurement and Contract Coordinator reports directly to the Manager Strategic Procurement and provides assistance with complex tactical support in the delivery of the West Moreton Health (WMH) strategic procurement function.

You'll bring:

- Experience across the full procurement lifecycle in a medium to large organisation.
- Strong commercial acumen and contract management skills.
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills, with experience in Q-Contracts/Open Windows highly regarded.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- A commitment to continuous improvement, quality outcomes and workplace safety.
- The ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
