Lead Allied Health services across Torres and Cape Hospital and Health Service, providing executive leadership in strategic workforce planning, clinical governance, service innovation and professional excellence. As the professional lead for Allied Health, you will ensure high-quality, protected and collaborative care that supports better health outcomes across Torres Strait and Cape York.

You will oversee a diverse portfolio including Allied Health Operational Services, Workforce Development, Clinical Education, Child Development, Food Services, the Family Responsive Unit, and the NDIS Early Childhood Approach Program.

The role also provides executive oversight of key strategic priorities including disability and the NDIS, aged care, child protection, domestic and family violence, health promotion and prevention, and the First 2000 Days initiative. Working alongside executive leaders, clinicians and communities, you will drive meaningful change and shape the future of healthcare across the region.

What you'll get

- Base salary of $7,053.40 - $7,558.90 per fortnight
