About the role:

- Keep recruitment moving. Manage vacancies from request to advertising, candidate communication and appointment, making sure everything is on track.
- Get the details right. Prepare advertisements, correspondence, offers and recruitment documentation while keeping things accurate and compliant.
- Be the go-to support. Answer enquiries, provide helpful recruitment advice and support managers and candidates with a friendly,



professional approach.
- Find it, fix it, improve it. Gather information, enter data, prepare reports and spot opportunities to make recruitment processes even better.

About you:

- Understand attraction, recruitment and selection — or you're quick to learn and ready to jump in.
- Communicate clearly, provide great customer service and enjoy helping others.
- Confident with systems and Microsoft Office, with the ability to quickly pick up new tools.
- Organised, reliable and proactive, work well in a team and enjoy smashing KPIs and getting great results.

What we offer:

Total monthly remuneration value of up to $8,633 p.m. is comprised of:

- An hourly rate between $41.17 - $45.79 p.h.
- 12.75% employer superannuation contribution
- 17.5% leave loading
