Due to recent growth and the acquisition of a new rent roll, they are now seeking a confident and driven Property Manager to take ownership of a well-supported portfolio and grow alongside the business.

Your Day-to-Day
- Manage a clean, well-maintained portfolio of 200 properties
- Build and maintain relationships with landlords and tenants
- Manage arrears, lease renewals,
and tenant communication
- Issue notices and handle breaches when required
- Attend tribunal hearings (NCAT) when necessary
- Deliver a high level of service that reflects a premium brand
What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience managing your own portfolio
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Proactive, organised, and confident working autonomously
- A team player who thrives in a fast-paced, growth-focused environment
