The Person
You will be a proactive and reliable real estate professional who enjoys working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
To be considered, you will have:
- Previous real estate or property management experience
- A current Certificate of Registration or Real Estate Licence
- A valid driver’s licence and reliable vehicle
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organisation and time-management abilities
- The ability to multitask and prioritise competing responsibilities
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- A professional phone manner
- A positive attitude and solid work ethic
- The ability to remain calm and effective under pressure
The Role
Working closely with the Senior Property Managers, you will provide hands-on support across the day-to-day management of the portfolio.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Reviewing and qualifying tenancy applications
- Conducting routine, periodic, ingoing and outgoing inspections
- Preparing detailed property condition reports
- Liaising with landlords, tenants, strata managers and tradespeople
- Coordinating repairs and maintenance
- Providing administrative support to the Senior Property Managers
- Ensuring property and client records remain accurate and up to date
- Delivering professional communication and service to all clients
