We seek a compassionate and dedicated Experienced Aged Care Worker and Domestic Care to join our team at Pearl Home Care Gippsland, VIC. As a casual Aged Care Worker, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our elderly and disabled clients, helping them maintain their independence and enhance their quality of life.
What you'll be doing
- Assisting clients with daily living activities such as personal care, grooming, and meal preparation
- Providing emotional support and companionship to clients
- Documenting client progress and reporting any changes in their condition
- Adhering to all safety and quality standards in the delivery of care
- Collaborating with the care team to ensure the best possible outcomes for our clients
What we're looking for
- Certificate III in Individual Support or equivalent qualification in Aged Care or Disability Support
- Experience in a similar aged care or disability support role, preferably in a community-based setting
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build trust and rapport with clients
- Empathy, patience,
and a genuine desire to make a positive difference in the lives of our clients
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
- Reliable, punctual, and committed to providing the highest standard of care
