We are a large wholesale nursery based in Upper Coomera and Clagiraba. We are looking for several enthusiastic, hard working and reliable nursery hands to join our fast-growing business.
The Role:
- 38 hours per week, Monday to Friday
- Hours generally 6am – 2pm
- Previous nursery experience is a bonus but not essential
There are several positions across our two sites. (Backpackers welcome to apply)
What you'll be doing:
Cleaning and detailing plants, barcoding, packing orders, weeding, quality control, watering, moving plants, and loading and unloading plants.
What we're looking for:
- Comfortable with physical, outdoor work: lifting and carrying pots and trays.
- Happy work in all-weather conditions such as heat, rain, and cold weather.
- Must be able to work in a rapid-paced environment.
- Follows directions well and can work both independently and as part of a team.
- Have reliable transport.
