An opportunity is available for an experienced motel management couple to manage Seaview Motel and Apartments in beautiful Apollo Bay, Victoria.
Located just 100 metres from the beachfront and a short walk to the town centre, Seaview is a well-presented property with recently renovated rooms and kitchenettes.
The role
- Willing to be 'hands-on' in all facets of day-to-day motel management
- Guest reception and bookings
- RMS experience essential
- Housekeeping coordination and room presentation (please be a hands-on couple who are happy to strip rooms and, if needed, step in to assist as/if required)
- Ordering and stocktake
- Washing towels and pillowcases in office
- Groundskeeping and general property presentation
- General maintenance and operational requirements
There is no food and beverage operation or swimming pool, and reception hours are manageable.
We are seeking an experienced management couple who are hands-on as required, take pride in their property and enjoy delivering a positive guest experience.
