About the role

As Senior Building Manager, you will be the key point of contact for the building, working closely with the Owners Corporation, Strata Management, residents, contractors, and our internal team. You will take ownership of the building's operations, ensuring maintenance, compliance, presentation, and resident satisfaction are maintained to a high standard.

Key responsibilities

- Oversee the daily operations, presentation, and maintenance of the residential building.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with residents, Strata Management, and the Owners Corporation.

- Coordinate preventative maintenance, repairs, and capital works projects.

- Manage contractors and service providers to ensure quality, safety, and value for money.

- Monitor building compliance, including fire safety, WHS, and essential services.

- Prepare professional building reports, maintenance updates, and recommendations.

- Monitor maintenance budgets and identify opportunities for operational efficiencies.

- Supervise and coordinate onsite service providers, including cleaning and concierge teams.

- Proactively identify building issues and implement practical, cost-effective solutions.

About you

- A minimum of 3 years' experience in residential building or facilities management.

- Strong knowledge of building systems, maintenance, and compliance requirements.

- Experience using MYBOS or similar building management software.





- Excellent communication skills and the confidence to engage with residents, committees, and contractors.

- The ability to manage competing priorities and resolve issues independently.

- Solid reporting, administrative, and organisational skills.

- A proactive, solutions-focused approach with a genuine can-do attitude.

- The ability to read and interpret building plans, maintenance contracts, and relevant documentation.

- Australian citizenship or permanent residency.
