CARCO Midland is seeking a motivated, commercially minded and customer-focused Business Manager to join our Finance & Insurance team.

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced automotive finance professional who knows how to build rapport, identify opportunities and deliver strong results while creating a seamless experience for customers purchasing their next vehicle.

As a Business Manager, you’ll work closely with our Sales team and customers to provide tailored finance, insurance and warranty solutions. You’ll play an important role in supporting vehicle sales, maximising every opportunity and ensuring all finance and insurance processes are completed accurately and compliantly.

The Role

As Business Manager, you will:

- Build strong relationships with customers and understand their individual finance and insurance needs

- Present suitable finance, insurance and warranty options in a clear, skilled and customer-focused manner

- Manage finance applications from initial enquiry through to approval and settlement

- Work with lenders and insurance providers to secure competitive and appropriate solutions for customers

- Partner closely with the Sales team to maximise opportunities and support successful deal closures

- Accurately prepare and manage all finance and insurance documentation

- Maintain a high standard of compliance with relevant legislative, regulatory and dealership requirements





- Consistently work towards and exceed individual and department performance targets

- Deliver an exceptional customer experience throughout the finance and insurance process

About You

To succeed in this role, you will be:

- Commercially driven with a strong desire to achieve and maximise every opportunity

- Confident, personable and able to quickly build trust and rapport with customers

- Results-focused with strong negotiation and closing skills

- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail and time management

- Comfortable working in a busy, target-driven dealership environment

- A collaborative team player who can also work independently and take ownership of results

- Professional in your communication and committed to delivering a high standard of customer service

- Experienced in automotive finance, insurance and warranty products, which will be highly regarded
