About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and professional sales professional who can work in our Ipswich store.

This is not a typical retail sales position.



Our customers visit us seeking ideas and suggestions for their particular needs and expert advice on our great range so you get to play an important role in helping our customers select the right products. We require someone who enjoys engaging with people, effectively communicating and understanding customer needs and delivering solutions that genuinely improve their lifestyle.

You will work with customers purchasing everything from their first Weber BBQ through to complete outdoor entertaining solutions and premium fireplace solutions for new homes and renovations. Extensive training packages are available for the products we sell.

Success in this role comes from building relationships, providing outstanding customer service and delivering exceptional sales results.

- Specialty retail sales

- Outdoor living products

- Home improvement products

- Appliances





- Building or trade-related industries

- High-value retail sales

Most importantly, you have a proven ability to connect with customers and convert opportunities into sales.

What You'll Be Doing

- Providing expert support and advice to customers associated with our product range

- Selling premium BBQ, outdoor living and fireplace products

- Building long-term customer relationships

- Following up sales opportunities and quotations

- Maintaining exceptional showroom presentation

- Assisting with stock control, merchandising and showroom management

- Working collaboratively with team members

- Contributing to a positive and high-performing culture
