In this role, you will work closely with the Venue Manager to oversee daily operations, mentor a dedicated floor team, and champion our celebrated beverage program.

What You’ll Do

• Lead the Floor: Maintain seamless, hatted-level service standards during high-volume periods.

• Wine Program Elevation: Utilize your strong wine knowledge to assist with cellar management, staff training, and curate exceptional pairings for our guests.

• Team Development: Train, mentor, and inspire floor staff to uphold meticulous attention to detail.

• Business Operations: Assist with stock control, oversee daily service and briefings, end of night reporting, open and close procedures, compliance and fostering strong guest relationships.

What You Bring

• Proven experience as a Supervisor or Assistant Manager within a or premium dining workplace.

• Strong wine expertise (WSET Level 2/3 or equivalent sommelier experience is highly regarded).

• A polished, professional demeanor with a natural talent for guest connection.

• Strong leadership skills with a hands-on, lead-by-example approach.

The Opportunity

Love outstanding beer, killer food, and a vibrant community atmosphere? We are on the lookout for an energetic, hands-on Duty Manager to help run the show at our busy craft beer gastro bistro. We keep things casual but high-quality, serving up exceptional pub fare alongside a rotating tap beer list.

As Duty Manager, you will be the face of the shift, keeping the energy high, the beers flowing, and the operations running like clockwork.

What You’ll Do

• Drive the Vibe: Run shifts with a positive, high-energy attitude, ensuring guests feel welcome from the moment they walk in.

• Craft Beer Champion: Share your passion for craft beer with guests and help educate staff on our rotating tap list.

• Day-to-Day Operations: Manage open/close procedures, cash handling and RSA compliance.

• Troubleshoot on the Fly: Handle busy service rushes across the bar, floor, and kitchen coordination with ease.

What You Bring

• Previous experience as a Shift Supervisor or Duty Manager in a busy bistro, pub, or craft beer venue.

• A genuine love for craft beer and casual dining culture.

• Current RSA certificate.

• Excellent communication skills and the ability to solve problems under pressure.
