We’re a Perth-based asset finance brokerage working across everything from cars, motorbikes and caravans through to trucks, machinery and business equipment.

With 300+ five-star Google reviews and a strong flow of enquiries coming through the business, we’re looking for someone who can step in, take on supplied leads and help us continue delivering the level of service we’re known for.

About Hanna Lending

We’re an established Perth brokerage led by Director Nathan Hanna, specialising in consumer and commercial asset finance.

We’ve built Hanna Lending largely through referrals, repeat clients and a reputation for making finance straightforward and looking after our clients properly.

We have access to 30+ lenders, strong systems already in place and, importantly, a consistent flow of leads.

The opportunity

This is an opportunity for an experienced broker who wants to grow their career and earning potential without having to start from scratch.

You’ll have leads supplied, access to our panel of lenders and the systems and support of an established brokerage behind you, while still having the opportunity to build your own client base and referral network.

We’re also flexible on how this role can look for the right person. Whether you’re looking for the security of a base salary + commission, or you’re an established broker looking for a more commission-focused structure with greater earning potential, we’re open to having the conversation.

we’re looking for someone who wants to take ownership of their pipeline, build robust relationships and grow alongside the business.

What you’ll be doing

- Managing supplied leads from initial enquiry through to settlement

- Working with both personal and business clients

- Writing consumer and commercial asset finance

- Finding the right lender and finance structure for each client

- Managing your pipeline and keeping clients updated throughout the process

- Building relationships with clients, dealers, referral partners and lender BDMs

- Managing files and compliance requirements

- Building and looking after your own referral network where opportunities arise

What we’re looking for

We’re looking for someone who already understands asset finance and can confidently manage their own deals.

Ideally, you’ll have:

- Experience in asset, equipment or commercial finance broking

- Cert IV in Finance

- Strong communication and client service skills

- The organisation to manage a busy pipeline

- An existing referral network is highly regarded, but not essential

Most importantly, we want someone who takes pride in looking after their clients and finding the right finance solution for their situation.
