We are seeking experienced Wait Staff, Bar Staff and Cocktail Staff to join our energetic team at the Riverbank Moama in Moama, NSW. As a part-time role, you will play a crucial part in providing exceptional customer service and creating a memorable dining experience for our guests.
What you'll be doing
- Greet and welcome guests upon arrival, ensuring a friendly and professional service
- Take food and beverage orders and process payments efficiently
- Prepare and serve high-quality cocktails, wines, beers and other beverages
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring all equipment and glassware are properly sanitized
- Assist with stocking and inventory management of bar and dining supplies
- Communicate effectively with kitchen staff to ensure timely food service
- Troubleshoot guest queries and provide outstanding customer service
What we're looking for
- Previous experience as a Wait Staff, Bar Staff or Cocktail Staff in a hospitality environment
- Strong customer service skills and the ability to provide a warm and friendly service
- Knowledge of cocktail preparation,
wine and beer service
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A passion for the hospitality industry and a commitment to exceeding guest expectations
- Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certification
