About the Role

We are currently seeking experienced hospitality superstars to become a valued part of our dynamic team.
The ideal candidate will have the following skills and experience:

- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to engage with guests and provide a memorable dining experience.

- Collaborative attitude and willingness to work as part of a diverse team.

- Ability to support colleagues in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

- Strong focus on cleanliness, presentation, and the overall dining experience.

- Ability to prioritise tasks efficiently to ensure smooth service.

- Ability to ensure the safety and well-being of guests while on board.

- Capability to carry out physically demanding tasks such as making and serving drinks, moving furniture, standing for extended periods and handling lines.

- Flexibility to adapt to changing guest needs, weather conditions, and cruise schedules.

- Experience with cash handling and familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems to process transactions accurately.

- A friendly and approachable demeanor that contributes to a welcoming atmosphere.

- Enthusiasm for delivering high-quality service that reflects our values.





- Current Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) Certificate

Duties include, but are not limited to:

- Greeting and interacting with guests

- Table plans and seating arrangements

- Be knowledgeable about buffet menu and dietary restrictions

- Accurately take guests drink orders and input them into the POS

- Make and serve drinks, including cocktails

- Handle cash, credit card, and other payment transactions

- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the dining vessel

- Clear and reset tables

- Washing dishes and glassware

- Polishing cutlery

- Line handling

Availability
