Residential Maintenance Plumber – Perth

Irwin’s Plumbing is expanding, and we’re looking for experienced Residential Maintenance Plumbers to join our Perth team.

You’ll receive a strong hourly base, a $10,000 sign-on bonus, separate weekly performance bonuses, flexible working hours, a brand-new take-home ute and consistent pre-booked residential work.

What You’ll Be Doing

- Residential plumbing maintenance and fault finding

- Blocked drains and CCTV inspections

- Water leaks, fixtures and hot-water systems

- Emergency and reactive maintenance

- Diagnosing faults and clearly explaining your findings

- Completing approved work to a high qualified standard

- Delivering an excellent customer experience

Earnings, Equipment & Support

- $55–$70 per hour + Super, based on experience

- $10,000 sign-on bonus

- Separate, transparent weekly performance bonuses

- High-performing technicians can earn $200,000–$250,000+
