We’re a growing Sydney sales and marketing company with two face-to-face sales divisions representing established Australian not-for-profit organisations.

As a Sales Representative, you’ll join an ambitious field team working across different Sydney locations. You’ll meet recent people every day, build genuine rapport, communicate campaigns that matter and turn great conversations into measurable results.

It’s social, fast-paced and performance-driven. You’ll know what you’re working toward, receive daily coaching and be rewarded as your ability develops.

Previous sales experience is welcome, but it isn’t what will determine your success. We provide fully paid training from your first day.

- $38.50–$45 per hour, depending on experience and progression

- Uncapped weekly commissions and performance bonuses

- Realistic earning potential of $80K–$120K+ OTE

- Full-time Monday–Friday hours with shorter Fridays

- Explain important charity campaigns clearly and professionally

- Inspire suitable customers to provide ongoing support

- Apply daily coaching and continually improve your communication

- Represent Pinnacle and our charity partners to a high standard

Who we’re looking for

- Naturally enjoy speaking with new people

- Have experience in hospitality, retail, customer service, sport or another people-focused workplace

- Respond well to direct coaching and constructive feedback

- Are motivated by performance, recognition and earning potential

- Take punctuality, presentation and reliability seriously

- Are available full-time Monday–Friday

- Can commute to Surry Hills and work across Sydney locations
