Taxright Accountants & Advisors is a growing boutique accounting firm specialising in individuals and small businesses. We’re looking for an experienced Senior Tax Accountant who enjoys building relationships with clients, solving technical tax issues and helping junior accountants grow.

This is an office-based role offering flexibility around school hours or reduced work weeks, making it ideal for an experienced accountant wanting meaningful work without the pressure of managing a practice.

About the Role

You’ll:

- Meet with individual and business clients to provide tax advice and discuss their financial position.

- Review and sign off tax returns prepared by junior accountants.

- Review engagements and onboarding of new clients

- Mentor and develop junior team members.

- Assist with more complex tax matters and client queries.

- Help maintain our high standards of client service and technical excellence.

About You

You’ll ideally have:

- Registered Tax Agent status (or be eligible to obtain registration).

- Strong Australian public practice experience.





- Excellent knowledge of individual, trust, company and SMSF taxation.

- Confidence communicating directly with clients.

- A passion for mentoring others and sharing your knowledge.

- Experience using Xero, XPM and Karbon (or similar cloud software).
