MyLiving Outdoors is a South Australian family-owned business specialising in verandahs, decks, carports, paving and retaining walls. We help families turn their outdoor living ideas into reality through quality workmanship and excellent customer service.
The Role
We’re looking for a friendly, organised Receptionist to join our growing team at our Flinders Park office. You’ll be the first point of contact for customers and help keep our busy office running smoothly.
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 5:00 pm. An immediate start is available.
What you’ll do
- Welcome visitors and respond to phone and email enquiries
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
- Assist with data entry, filing, scanning and other administration
- Keep the reception, boardroom and display village areas tidy and presentable
- Support the team with other day-to-day tasks as needed
What we’re looking for
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Robust attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities
- Confidence working independently and as part of a busy team
- Experience using Xero and proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
- A positive, helpful attitude
- Permanent Australian work rights
Experience in the building or construction industry would be an advantage, but is not essential.
