About this role:
Flexible hours available as we are open 7 days a week from 5:30am to 11pm.
This is an immediate start position
Requirements:
Must hold avalid RSA andFood Handling Certificate
Minimum3 years' experience in a restaurant setting
Confident intable service and working in a fast-paced setting
Robust knowledge ofcustomer service and a genuine passion for hospitality
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and seat guests in a friendly, qualified manner.
Take and deliver orders accurately and efficiently.
Provide attentive service and handle guest requests promptly.
Maintain cleanliness and presentation standards in all guest areas.
Communicate effectively with kitchen and bar staff.
Handle payments and operate the POS system correctly.
Uphold health, safety, and hygiene standards always.
Skills & Qualities:
Proficient in English speaking
. Strong communication and people skills.
Positive attitude and team player.
Reliable, punctual, and well-presented.
Ability to stay calm and professional under pressure.
Previous hospitality or customer service experience.
