Rio Tinto is seeking an Advisor – Global Payroll Systems ESPS to join the global payroll systems team. Based in Brisbane or Perth, this 12-month fixed-term role supports payroll systems, reporting and continuous improvement initiatives across regions.
You will partner with ESPS teams, BI, HR and IS&T; to apply deep payroll systems knowledge, analyze data, support testing activities, troubleshoot issues and drive improvements across payroll technology and reporting platforms.
