The Flying Duck Hotel is a well-known pub in Prahran. Under the current ownership, the venue has been open and operating since November 2022. It is loved by our locals and is busy everyday.

The Flying Duck Hotel is currently looking for a passionate chef to join a high preforming, team kitchen. The food is classic pub food using quality ingredients, a wood fire open grill and a focus on making things in house.

The menu is focused on classic pub food with modern Australian elements , with a solid wood-fired focus and an emphasis on quality ingredients and consistent execution.

We’re a busy neighbourhood pub while still taking pride in the craft.

We’re looking for a chef who wants to be apart of a kitchen that is busy, fast paced and is looking to be apart of a robust team ,



with opportunities for career progression into more senior roles. The position has an immediate start
